BrandBanta is run by a sole natural person (Einzelperson). There is no legal entity behind it and no entry in a commercial register (Handelsregister).

A VAT ID pursuant to §27a UStG will be listed here if and when one is issued — for example, when the paid subscription launches.

Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under §§36, 37 VSBG, and does not participate voluntarily.

Data protection

BrandBanta is currently in public beta with a free tier; a paid subscription is planned. This notice is provided because the service is operated with commercial intent (geschäftsmäßig). How your personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy; a Data Processing Agreement governs the relationship where a workspace owner processes personal data of their own customers through BrandBanta.
